We were turned away, which wasn't bad after seeing how dirty it is. Dust, cobwebs and dead flies everywhere. Luck in misery ?

The food there was good, but we had to wait over 1.5 hours before our food was ready. Not recommended as the waiting time is way too long ... I think that's outrageous!

We had to wait a long time for our food (one hour with 4 tables in the whole restaurant) but the dishes were freshly cooked and very tasty. Food can also be ordered and taken away.

Food plentiful and tasty. Ambience is unfortunately not so great because of the location on a busy street with many noisemakers. The boss makes a good impression and also takes the guests' wishes into account. I didn't like that the young man who served us on our visit probably still needs some routine. Also that in a "steak restaurant" the T-bone steaks were just over. Otherwise I would definitely like to go back to eat there.

Pizza tasted good, but the place is badly worn out. Spiders all over the place and the wilted flowers could be removed. Then clean and it's okay.

I can't understand the many bad reviews. Delicious food, a gracious host and reasonable prices. Vegan alternatives possible!

Been 2 times and had a nice meal. Add pink piss. Not expensive and plenty of choice.

We were worried that you wouldn't be able to get a meal in the rather sleepy village of Burgen at 8:30 p.m., but luckily there was this pizzeria. There were fair prices and really good Italian food with a large selection. We will definitely eat here again should we be in castles again.

Great Italian that is also good for eating meat. My Argentinean rump steak was well fried and of high quality. The price performance ratio is very good. The pizzas are crispy, thin and generously topped. There was a wide variety of dishes and wine. The landlord goes to great lengths to meet all requests. I cannot understand the many negative reviews. I guess the majority is based on the long waiting time and the resulting frustration, which I can understand. I think it would be advisable that the restaurant downsizes the menu and, if necessary, restricts the delivery times and adjusts it better to the load on site.

The food was really great, the service could be more motivated (but only the help). I would come again anytime ... And we didn't wait too long anyway ...

It couldn't be more unfriendly ? at 5 p.m. we entered a completely empty bar. The three of us would like to sit in a corner at a table with four chairs. The man denies this and points to another table without words. He rolls his eyes and then we prefer to leave this place - a shame, because we were looking forward to steaks and delicious drinks and would certainly have generated sales that are probably not desired here in the restaurant.

Not thrilled with being reseated inside after being seated outside after being served my drink and ordering my food. I am the only person seated inside and it is hot with no air flow. Pizza is way under done in the center. When asked how my food was, I respondedthe the center of the pizza was under cooked. I heard the server report it to the owner but couldn't understand the response. I didn't give the stars. They earned both of them. Avoid if you can.

Delivery time was 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I called, the mailbox was answered several times until someone was finally reached. No apology and no discount or anything else. Salad was good, but the drinks were warm.

Way too expensive,long waiting time! Has lost alot of character over the years. Never again.

The pizza was delicious, the floor was thin and crispy, well stocked, also with lots of cheese.

The rare fillet steak at this place was sooo fabulous. We loved the food here and it's not overpriced.
